Food

Groups are offered a balanced, child-friendly and cafeteria-style diet at the Kinark Outdoor Centre (KOC). We can accommodate food allergies as well as other dietary requirements, including Vegetarian, Vegan and Halal diets. We need to know about your dietary needs in advance of your visit to the KOC. Two dining hall spaces can accommodate separate sittings and group lay-out preferences.

While we will accommodate special diets based on restrictions related to religion and allergies, we cannot prepare individualized meals in a cafeteria-style setting.

During the pre-planning phase of your visit, our program coordinators will go over our menu with you, as well as the timing of your meals to ensure they fit with your activity schedule. Our food service team provides three meals a day in our dining hall facility. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate are available throughout the day and a light snack is provided in the evening.

Meals are provided to guests by our food service team. The dining hall accommodates up to 120 people per sitting. The facilities are wheelchair accessible. For more information, contact us by calling 705-320-0045 or emailing info@koc.on.ca.
