Central Intake
Central Intake is the front door to services and supports for children and youth who need help with a mental health issue or require autism services.
Central Intake can answer your questions, guide you through the referral process or steer you to an agency or service in the community that can best meet your needs.

Central Intake is closed weekends and all statutory holidays.
Emergency
If you require emergency services please visit your closest hospital or dial 9-1-1 on your telephone to reach Emergency Medical Services (EMS).
If you are in a crisis, please call the Simcoe County Child and Youth Crisis Services at 1-844-417-1945 (Monday to Friday 9 a.m. – 9 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.), or the Northumberland Youth Crisis Response Line at 1-800-551-0403 (Monday to Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.).
24/7 support services can be reached by contacting the Community Crisis Response Service at 1-855-310-COPE (2673) serving Durham and York regions, the Suicide Crisis Helpline at 9-8-8 or Kids Help Phone at 1-800-668-6868.
